1. Our Commitment

2. Scope

This policy applies to all aspects of employment at Epic Digital, including but not limited to:

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, consultants, interns, and anyone acting on behalf of Epic Digital.

6. Responsibilities

6.1 Leadership

Company leadership is responsible for:

  • Setting the tone for an inclusive culture
  • Allocating resources for D&I initiatives
  • Holding themselves and others accountable for D&I goals
  • Modeling inclusive behaviors

6.2 Managers

Managers are responsible for:

  • Creating inclusive team environments
  • Addressing inappropriate behavior promptly
  • Supporting the development of all team members
  • Ensuring fair treatment in all employment decisions

6.3 All Team Members

Every team member is responsible for:

  • Treating colleagues with respect and dignity
  • Embracing and valuing differences
  • Speaking up against discrimination or harassment
  • Participating in D&I training and initiatives
  • Contributing to an inclusive workplace culture

7. Reporting and Accountability

Any team member who experiences or witnesses discrimination, harassment, or other violations of this policy should report it immediately to:

  • Their direct supervisor or manager
  • Human Resources
  • Company leadership

All reports will be taken seriously, investigated promptly, and handled confidentially to the extent possible. Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith is strictly prohibited.

Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

8. Monitoring and Review

Epic Digital will:

  • Regularly review diversity metrics and progress toward goals
  • Conduct periodic employee surveys on inclusion and belonging
  • Review and update this policy annually or as needed
  • Communicate progress and updates to all team members

This policy has been reviewed and approved by Epic Digital leadership.
