Between March and December 2025, EPIC Digital maintained a business partnership with Duo&Co Agency to explore an initiative in the U.S. market. The partnership ended in December 2025. The entity created as a vehicle for the initiative, EPIC DUO LLC (Florida), never began operations and was formally dissolved in April 2026.
There was no merger, acquisition, or corporate consolidation between EPIC Digital and Duo&Co. EPIC Digital has always operated independently, with its own team, management, and structure.
