Epic Digital is scaling our revenue team and looking for a high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) to open new business in the United States.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect outbound across email, phone, and social to engage decision-makers.
- Qualify leads and build a pipeline for Account Executives.
- Uncover pain points and position our solution consultatively.
- Log every touchpoint in the CRM and report on activity/results.
- Partner with Marketing & RevOps to refine ICPs, cadences, and playbooks.
What You Bring
- 2–3 years proven success as a BDR / SDR focused on outbound prospecting.
- Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
- Command of multichannel cadences and prospecting tools (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft).
- Fluent English; able to work standard U.S. time zones.
- Nice to have: experience selling fraud-prevention or fintech solutions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: USD 55,000 – $60,000.
- Commission plan: On-Target Earnings up to USD 80,000.
- Benefits package (401(k), paid time off).
Work Setup
- Fully remote (must reside in the United States or Canada).
- Occasional travel for sales kick-offs and industry events.
