🚀 Hiring: Business Development Representative – Outbound | Remote

Epic Digital is scaling our revenue team and looking for a high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) to open new business in the United States.


What You’ll Do

  • Prospect outbound across email, phone, and social to engage decision-makers.

  • Qualify leads and build a pipeline for Account Executives.

  • Uncover pain points and position our solution consultatively.

  • Log every touchpoint in the CRM and report on activity/results.

  • Partner with Marketing & RevOps to refine ICPs, cadences, and playbooks.


What You Bring

  • 2–3 years proven success as a BDR / SDR focused on outbound prospecting.

  • Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota.

  • Command of multichannel cadences and prospecting tools (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft).

  • Fluent English; able to work standard U.S. time zones.

  • Nice to have: experience selling fraud-prevention or fintech solutions.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: USD 55,000 – $60,000.

  • Commission plan: On-Target Earnings up to USD 80,000.

  • Benefits package (401(k), paid time off).


Work Setup

  • Fully remote (must reside in the United States or Canada).
  • Occasional travel for sales kick-offs and industry events.
