7. Reporting and Accountability
Any team member who experiences or witnesses discrimination, harassment, or other violations of this policy must report it immediately to:
- Their direct supervisor or manager
- Human Resources
- Company leadership
All reports will be taken seriously, investigated promptly, and handled confidentially to the extent possible. Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith is strictly prohibited.
Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment.
8. Monitoring and Review
Epic Digital will:
